Package #7 Deluxe Catch-and-Release Fishing The waters of southwest Alaska are know for their abundant population of fish. By using floatplanes, bush-equipped wheelplanes, and boats; Lake Clark Resort offers access to the area’s best fishing. Day 1: -3:30 p.m. check in at Anchorage, Merrill Field for Lake Clark scenic tour. The tour (approximately 1 hour) takes you through the scenic Lake Clark Pass, where you will see glaciers and glacial streams in one of Alaska’s most beautiful mountainous settings, ending at The Farm Lodge and Lake Clark Resort on Lake Clark. -Check in to Lake Clark Resort. Lodging includes a room with private bath, home-cooked Alaskan meals,* and daily housekeeping. Day 2: -Guided fishing for Arctic Char, Arctic Grayling, and Lake Trout. This exciting tour takes you by floatplane to various mountain lakes in our area. Day 3: -Guided fishing for Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden and Lake Trout. This day takes you by floatplane into a glacial and volcanic formed tundra landscape that holds some of the best fishing the area has to offer. Day 4: -Guided fishing in tundra streams for Arctic Grayling, Arctic Char, and Rainbow Trout. Travel by special bush-equipped wheelplane for a day of exploring and fishing in the Alaska tundra. Day 5: -Guided fishing for Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden and Lake Trout. Day 6: -Guided fishing for Arctic Grayling, Lake Trout, and Northern Pike on Lake Clark by open skiff. Lake Clark is over 40 miles long and offers access to numerous outstanding fishing holes. Day 7: -9:00 a.m. check out and scenic tour (approximately 1 hour) ending at Anchorage, Merrill Field. -PRICE= $10,040.00 per person (party of 2) in standard room, or $10,285.00 per person (party of 2) in suite-style room.
